Profile

Henrik is a partner at Nyborg & Rørdam Law Firm specialising in agricultural and forestry law, real property, estate planning and related areas, and has vor more than 20 years been working within his area of expertise and has assisted in approx. 50 estate planning cases, eight of them within the past two years.

Henrik provides counselling services within agricultural and forestry law on all aspects and has acquired a special expertise regarding Natura 2000. He particularly venerates old buildings and their history and works with listed town building as well as listing/preservation of manor houses.

Henrik gives lecture regarding estate planning and participates in networking.

Furthermore, Henrik is a very experienced litigator having argued more than 500 court cases, including cases before the Supreme Court. The majority of Henrik’s litigation experience comes from the field of insurance law and law of torts.
