Christian Sinding

Profile

Christian is an expert within the field of real property and energy law. He provides counselling services to major institutional investors regarding commercial property and construction. In the energy sector he has advised some of the major Danish energy companies regarding renewables, CHP plants and other matters related to utilities.

At present, Christian is assisting two of the defendants in the related cases regarding the listing and subsequent insolvency of the OW Bunker group.

Highlights include:

• Advice to investors and contractors regarding the acquisition and development of parts of the port of Copenhagen
• Advice to investors regarding other major commercial property investments
• Advice to investors and utility companies regarding the acquisition of some of the largest Danish wind farms both on-shore and off-shore
• Advice to CHP plants construction contracts and construction litigation
• Advice to CHP plants regarding heating/electicity supply legislation
