David Neutzsky-Wulff is an attorney and partner at Nyborg & Rørdam. David has long experience in conducting lawsuits in both criminal and civil proceedings. David has a background with the Danish Ministry of Justice, where he i.a. participated in international negotiations, drafted bills and appeared as prosecutor in criminal proceedings before the district courts and the High Courts.

David has specialized in criminal law, but he is also experienced within a wide range of other areas of law, including employment and labour law, copyright law, commercial lease law and law of torts. Within the field of criminal law David has been engaged in all types of criminal cases, including very comprehensive and complex cases. In addition, David is experienced within the field of commissions of inquiry. He has recently participated as lay representative in the Scrutiny Commission regarding the Danish Defence Intelligence Service and the Scrutiny Commission to investigate the mink case, and he has further been assisting the questioner in the Instruction Commission.
