Profile
Based on his many years of experience in the legal profession, Jørgen’s practice includes both advising corporate clients as ’trusted advisor’ as well a working with business and corporate legal matters in a broader sense.
The advising can be ongoing advice and sparring based on knowledge of the individual client, but it can also include assistance with the purchase or sale of a business or company (M&A), real estate, complex financing, derivatives, or drafting commercial agreements for the client.
Both within M&A and financing Jørgen has a solid experience with Danish and international transactions. Thus he is used to working with cross-border case complexes.
Jørgen’s advising is solution-oriented and based on a good understanding of the psychological factors that come into play in negotiations between companies and in commercial dispute resolution.
In IFLR 1000, Jørgen is rated as “expert consultant” in banking, capital markets and M&A.
