Board Services

Many of our attorneys work as board members in limited liability companies and/or foundations, including commercial foundations and other self-governing institutions. See also Foundations and associations.

We have experience of setting up boards of directors and to assist with professionalising board work in order to ensure observance of company law rules, compliance and risk management. We further have a wide experience of remuneration and incentive schemes. Our strong ballast as conflict mediators often proves to be very useful in relation to board duties.

We also provide advice to the board of directors and management boards regarding the role and responsibility of the board, management structure, change of ownership and estate planning.
